For this project, a partnership was forged with Koroyd to leverage their years of experience and innovation in winter sports by integrating Koroyd into the Aviator 2.0's nose core, a technology that reduces vibration and weight while improving its responsiveness.  What sets the Aviator apart is its profile - FULL CAMBER. Victor and Jimmy guarantee with their head a fantastic edge hold when tackling the steepest gór slopes and perfect landings on its tail. The Aviator also features a 3D Contour Base 2.0 profile that eliminates edge catching and ensures smooth turns, Triax fiberglass, Innegra carbon fiber reinforcement, ECO top layer and Traction Tech 3 edges.5. the aforementioned layer of Triax glass fiberófibre and Innegra carbon under the eco-plastic top layer absorbs any vibration  providing excellent pop and lightning-fast response to your every move.
• 3D Contour Base 2.0 - Moderate 3D Contour Base with róequivalent 4mm spoon on the nose and tail. The spoon and rocker have theirój start in the same place.
• Triax Fiberglass - a multi-axis, stitched fiberglass laminate thatós precise and fast in all terrain and snow conditions.
• Boost Surf Core - made of solid wood with a potróion density, featuring hard bamboo stringers for increased pop and durability, and paulownia and poplar for reduced core weight.
• Premium ECO Topsheet - a bio-plastic topsheet made from Castor beans is ultra-lightweight, chip- and scratch-resistant. In addition, it significantlyób prevents snow from sticking to the top layer of the board.
• Flax/Basalt stringers - a new reinforcing layer made of 100% natural flax and basalt fibers, whichóra helps to transfer power to the edges of the board, improves the torsional response of the board and absorbs any board vibrations
• Wend Natural Wax - Jones boards are ready for direct use as soon as you pick them up from the store and are factory-waxed with Wend natural wax.
• Super Sap Bio Resin - all Jones planks are built with bio-based, renewable epoxy resins instead of petroleum-based epoxyós. The raw materials used to produce Super Sap Bio-Resin laminate are waste products from industrial processesóand plants. Production of Super Sap laminate requires 33% less greenhouse gasóemissions than conventional epoxy resin.
• Forever flex - is a new manufacturing process thatóry stabilizes the board's flex and rocker for the life of the board.
• Sintered 8000 – slide made of a new, super-strong material made of Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon. The slide is easy to repair, very wax absorbing and incredibly fast.
