Volcom company was established in 1991, by Richard Woolcott and Tucker Hall. The main philosophy is" Youth against Establishment",or "Youth vs Elite". Volcom was (and still is) a group of people who do not want to accept the dos and don'ts of the "normal life", what should be and what not.
