Right to cancel / Returns

You have the right to cancel this contract  within 30 days without giving any reason. If you would like to return purchased goods, please send them to us. The return must be made within 30 business days from the day you have accepted the package. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

You have the right to exchange goods you've received. Place a new order for the product you want to receive instead and put a comment "exchange" - therby the chosen product will be reserved for you. Then send the previous product back to us. The exchange must be made within 30 business days from the day you have accepted the package.

Please do not damage the original, fabric wrapping and tags. In particular, the original boxes from shoes, snowboard bindings, goggles, etc.
Moreover we agree to cover shipping costs only if:
- the received good does not match the order,
- the mistake occurred as a result of our fault,
- the product was damaged or some part of the order was missing.
In any other case, the shipping costs are covered by the customer.

If you wish to make a complaint about purchased goods, send them over to us. Along with the goods you should send printed and filled "Complaint form" or written statement, which indicates the name, address, order number and a description of the damage. We will inform you about the result of your complaint within 14 business days (from the day we have received your package) by E-mail or via phone. If your complaint will be justified we will cover all shipping costs. In case of unjustified complaints, the customer is obligated to pay all charges.

The warranty is invalid for products damaged by:
- accidents,
- misuse,
- improper use,
- bad assembly,
- use of force,
- misinterpretation and improper manual use,
- 3rd parties,
- natural catastrophes,
- exceptional accidents.
