• With a legendary status as a conqueror of any terrain and too many exclusionsós to list them all, Black Snowboard Of Death has been constantly transformed and modified in the pursuit of perfection. The only element thatóry remained unchanged over the years is the name itself. The Black Snowboard Of Death is supercharged with an ultralight THERMOPOLYMER HOVER CORE™ whichós combined with additional carbon pads under the binding - CARBON FLEECE POWER SHIELD™ and CARBONFLAX™ AMPLIFIERS reinforcement, accelerate energy transfer to the edge. CAPiTA The Black Snowboard Of Death is a gently wider board, so it flows well in fresh snow, but with its more heavily indented DEATH GRIP™ arch, or reverseócon sidecut in the center section, it allows for instant transition into fast turns. With its well-balanced directional shape and high-powered construction, this specially designed rocket vehicle provides incredible control - making you a better snowboarder in variable terrain and variable conditions. This season, THE BSOD has been accelerated with a new super-fast  and sintered HYPERDRIVE™ ADV XT BASE glide, whichós supported by the MOONSHOT OMNI-TUNE™ glide structure, whichós additionally responsible for draining water and making the board even faster. The slide is thicker than the previous version for increased durability.

This allows for mnóstance on hard snow, while increasing carry and landing power, expanding the rider's capabilities in deep snow. Camber is longer in the tail - providing extra power on approach or for larger ridersóing looking for a wider board.
• CORE: Thermopolymer Hover Core™ Extremely lightweight and versatile core with high impact resistance and maximum pop. A hybrid core! A combination of extremely lightweight paulownia wood, with superbly energy-returning poplar. SUPER CARBON was added to the wooden base along with inserts made of recycled plastic. The combination of these materialsós gives excellent energy distribution to the edges, great vibration absorption and amazing pop’a!

• 4 x 25mm CARBONFLAX™ AMPLIFIER - is a new generation of natural linen fiber braided with carbon fiber&trade, used in our premium snowboard constructions. This webbing combines the best features of both materialsós reactive energy of carbon and the lightness and dampening properties of flax. The two fibersóre highly compatible because they have similar properties regarding thermal expansion and tensile strength, creating a uniform reinforcement thatós light, resilient and durable at the same time.
