The EST system is an unique Burton system, because there is no base plate under the foot, just strait up minimalistic EVA foam on top of snowboard, delivering the ultimate in feel and response. Bindings with Burton EST system are compatible with snowboards with The Channel system.
Traditional boards have binding inserts where the channel is located. Standard mounting system allows you to mount bindings in tens different positions.
