SuperClub - Terms & Conditions

The “SuperClub Terms of use” document is a set of rules, which every user must agree with, in order to use the SuperClub Loyalty Program. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, because placing an order on our website (www.super-shop.com/uk/) means that you agree with them.

1. Definition

SuperClub Loyalty Program Specific Terms:

1.1 Administrator – SuperClub's Loyality Program administrator is the internet store operating at www.super-shop.com/uk/, which later will be called SUPER-SHOP. The online store operating at www.super-shop.com/uk/, is led by Cool Sport sp. z o.o. sp. k. No. Court Registration System: 0000658566 VAT-ID: 677-19-50-257 National Business Registry Number: 351331311 Head office: ul. Handlowców 2, 32-085 Modlniczka, Poland.
1.2 SUPER-SHOP – online store operating at www.super-shop.com/uk/, selling products globally via the internet.
1.3 SuperClub – a loyalty program of SUPER-SHOP. It is based on the principles of sales bonus, under which the buyer will receive additional virtual coins for purchased products.
1.4 Member – registered SUPER-SHOP customer.
1.5 SuperClub Card – a place, where the customer collects cash gained for completed orders.
1.6 Completed order – order shipped to the SUPER-SHOP member.
1.7 Buffer – a place where earned cash awaits for the final approval. Cash collected within the buffer will stay there for the next 30 days before moving to SuperClub account. Firstly an order has to be paid and completed.
1.8 Goods return – with every returned product the extra earned cash will be subtracted from member's SuperClub account.

2. General Assumptions

2.1 The SuperClub loyalty program was created specially for all SUPER-SHOP customers.
2.2 The SuperClub loyalty program was launched on 01.10.2014.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The SuperClub loyalty program is offered only to customers who are at least 13 years old and have at least a limited legal capacity.
3.2 Only members registered at SUPER-SHOP may take part in the SuperClub loyalty program.
3.3 The SuperClub member taking part in a program agrees to the present terms and conditions.
3.4 Member taking part in a program agrees to the personal data processing, only for the implementation of the program and accepts the rules of these regulations.
3.5 The Administrator restricts a right to process personal data for the program purposes, orders completion and contacting customers.

4. Collecting virtual coins

4.1 Members of SUPER-SHOP gather additional virtual coins on their SuperClub account for every not discounted product bought in the SUPER-SHOP online shop. Received virtual coins may be spent during next purchases at SUPER-SHOP.
4.2 In order to receive extra virtual coins on the SuperClub account, a member needs firstly to sign in to their SUPER-SHOP account before placing an order.
4.3 Virtual coins is earned in percentage rate from orders made by a member of SUPER-SHOP. For more details please see Benefit Chart.
4.4 Virtual coins earned for completed orders are blocked in the buffer for 30 days from the date of order completion.
4.5 After 30 days earned virtual coins are transferred to the SuperClub account.
4.6 Tickets and gift cards are not included in the loyalty program. For these products the customer will not receive any additional virtual coins on the SuperClub account.
4.7 Shipping costs are not included to the value of the order, from which the virtual coins are earned.

5. The use of virtual coins

5.1 A member has a right to use their virtual coins, paying for ordered products with the cash collected on their SuperClub account.
5.2 The virtual coins may cover not more than 40% of product's full price.
5.3 SuperClub virtual coins have no time limit (does not apply to special promotions, where the expiry dates are stated)
5.4 In order to check the amount of virtual coins on the SuperClub account, a member should sign in to his SUPER-SHOP account.
5.5 A member has access to his buffer at any time.
5.6 A member is notified about any changes on his SuperClub account by automatically generated e-mail messages.
5.7 Within every automatic e-mail a member will find all details regarding their SuperClub account – order confirmation, amount of virtual coins left after shopping etc.
5.8 Whenever a member places an order on SUPER-SHOP, the system will automatically check their SuperClub account, if any virtual coins may be found on it. Then a member will be asked if he/she wishes to spend their SuperClub virtual money on selected products (only for not discounted products).
5.9 After a member selects, which amount should be spent on specific products, and places an order, chosen amount will be subtracted from a member's SuperClub account.
5.10 If a member uses their SuperClub virtual coins, the value of the product will be reduced by the chosen value on the invoice as well.

6. Goods return

6.1 In case of goods return, a virtual coins will be returned to their account in the same amount as used while paying for the order.
6.2 After returning the goods, virtual coins received for that order will be deleted from a members buffer.

7. Final rules

7.1 SUPER-SHOP Terms of use are a supplement of this document.
7.2 All rules and laws not included in this document are regulated by European Union standards.
